Chuck and Karen Phillips worked in Crimea among Tatar Muslims and the Ukrainian people since 1993. They have helped start a college and they continue to work to improve the education and health of the needy who live there. Through their efforts, several self-supporting congregations exist in Crimea. The latest is the Living Vine Church in Simferopol. Recent health issues have brought the Phillips back to the USA. The Living Vine Church is now served by Vadim and Lena Provozyuk. They are a young and faithful ministry couple who’ve been thrown into the deep end of the pool.
